It may as well be an accurate picture, since he'd get about the same amount of useful information out of it by holding it upright.
Let's see, it's equal to a report saying that the sky is blue. How much did that cost us?.....Gotta love the part where these mental midgets recommend that we enlist the help of terrorist sponsoring nations to help fight terrorism....might as well hire Manson as the secretary of the Health and Human Services Department.
